Dear Parents, Guardians and prospective Nyasa Junior Academy families.
My name is Hamza Haroon and I have the privilege of being Nyasa Junior Academies (NJA) president of the Early Actors. Early Actors is an initiative from the international rotary club, and I am under the umbrella of the Limbe branch of the rotary club. When I Joined NJA, I never thought I would be where I am today. NJA has helped and allowed me to grow into a highly motivated, independent young man. I truly believe that if children take the opportunities offered to them, then they too can achieve the best of their ability.
NJA is more than just a school: It is a community – It encourages students to aim high and reach their full potential, helping children to succeed academically and spiritually. I am very lucky not only to be able to be taught here but to represent the Rotary club in Limbe as the school president.
The Nyasa atmosphere is one that allows students to progress as individuals, but also to progress academically. They are supported by their teachers and the curriculum alike. NJA also offers schemes to support pupils in social issues such as our recycling scheme and green club.
I can honestly say that being at Nyasa Junior Academy is both exciting and challenging and is preparing me for a successful life.
I feel privileged to call Nyasa Junior Academy my school. Over the past seven years, I have benefited from the many opportunities on offer, both academically and socially and of course being the president is the highest honour the school could present me and I am determined not to let NJA down and make our community a safer, cleaner and happier environment.
If you have any ideas in how Early Actors could help you or others, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Please feel free to visit the school and myself and Early Actors team will gladly show you around.
