What if I told you… life is just the ultimate video game? Sounds crazy, right? But wait—think about it.

Every day we follow rules: gravity pulls us down, we get hungry when it’s lunchtime, and we need sleep like we’re recharging a battery. Doesn’t that sound like game logic?

In games, you can’t do anything you want. You can jump, run, fly if you earn the right gear—but you can’t just fly for fun. Same here. Unless you grow wings or invent a jetpack, you’re stuck walking!

If this is a game, can someone please unlock the “No Homework” cheat code? And I really hope the player controlling me has better reflexes—I tripped over my shoelace yesterday!

Now let’s talk about glitches. In video games, glitches make weird things happen—characters freeze, walls disappear, or people walk like spaghetti. Ever had déjà vu? That weird feeling like something already happened? Glitch! Ever lose Wi-Fi during an online test? Definitely a system error! I once clicked “Submit” and my whole screen went black—thanks a lot, simulation team!

Some people say, “Our world is too detailed to be fake.” But look around. We’ve already made games like Minecraft, Roblox, and Fortnite. If we can build blocky worlds and flying islands, imagine what a super-smart alien or future human could create! A full game… like our universe.

What if stars are pixels, birds are coded, and your teacher’s an NPC—just guiding us through Level 1 Earth, with aliens on Level 3 and dreams as respawns?

If we really are in a game, then we still get to choose how we play. We can level up by learning new skills, completing kindness quests, and helping others unlock their power-ups.

Be the player who helps a friend. Be the hero who makes people smile. Be the explorer who dares to ask big questions like: “What is this all for?” or “Where’s the pause button?”
